Actual Industry Experience
Philip is a highly effective communicator, creative and is result-oriented with 32 years of Hotel Industry experience commencing in 1972.
Since 1989 Philip has been active as a Broker.
Philip formed his own Company in 1995 after gaining valuable experience with the Hotel Broking section of the Hindmarsh Building Society and in partnership with other Industry related brokers.
Philip lectured for 2 years at the Adelaide School of Hospitality in Introductory Hotel Management and Bar and Food Service.
Philip has owned and managed his own Tavern, Liquor Store and Bistro prior to becoming a Broker.
Philip has based his philosophy for marketing and selling upon the Industry experience described above and is now proud to be part of South Australia's successful Husband & Wife Hotel Broking Team.

SHELLY DAVID-SMITH |
South Australia's First Female Hotel Motel Broker
Shelly has been involved with the Company since 1996. Firstly as an assistant to Philip while teaching part-time and then as South Australia's first female Hotel Motel Broker.
Shelly has brought to our Company and the Industry a vast knowledge of advertising design and layout (13 years experience), small business accounting and computer technology (she has designed this web site and has created many processes that we now use for both consulting and sales).
Shelly is a high achiever who puts 100% into every thing she does. She has 3 University Degrees in Education and Special Education which has given her many interpersonal and communication skills that are vital in sales and marketing.
Shelly is nearing completion of a further degree in Accounting with a minor in Commercial Law.
Although Shelly and Philip work together as a team and both play a large role towards marketing and servicing our Client's needs, Shelly, herself has averaged as many successful sales as Philip.
